Swiss artist Julia Geiser creates surreal collages with modern and vintage motifs. Sourcing the pictures she uses on the internet, Geiser's work is purely digital and on her website she warns that it is not made for print as it will lose its quality. Geiser also explains that her work oscillates between legal and aesthetic boundaries and that this "online voyeurism is an inspiration."

Bag. Broke.
Die Skim Grot is the worst thing that could happen to my bank account right now. I brought this vintage bag from there on Monday. I couldn't say no to the wings, they were begging to be a part of my wardrobe They have a small, but amazing selection of vintage clothes and handbags (and lots of other cool bits and bobs), if any of you are looking for a vintage shop in P-Town. They are few and far in between.
You can find Die Skim Grot at 1110 Pretorius Street, right next to my favourite Honey Badger Bistro.

Shoes, you make me happy!
I found these to-die-for vintage emerald green pumps from one of the stores at Duncan Yard. It's called Cherryamber. This boutique has about a gazillion things that were screaming my name to take them home. This time the shoes got lucky. It would only be right for me to go back for the others.

Holiday of the Handbags: Florence find
Ok, so I have a confession to make. I have a thing for handbags. A BIG thing. I bought quite a few when I was overseas. Some may call it an addiction. In that case, I will deny it all.
I found this clutch at Melrose, a vintage store in Florence. I love love love it! Yes, three times over!
